Our lemon flavored oil is made by mixing organic extra virgin olive oil and an organic lemon concentrate.
Use:
The aroma is that of freshly squeezed lemons and the taste is sweet and fresh with a slightly bitter aftertaste that evokes the peel of the fruit. Excellent for dressing marinated fish and meat, fish and meat tartar. Recommended also for flavoring any dish that would benefit from a hint of lemon, for example steamed vegetables, fish, white meat and salads.
This condiment gives a dish a more rounded taste with a trace of lemon without the sour note that the fresh fruit would produce.
Storage instructions:
Ideally the oil should be kept in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. Under these conditions it keeps well even after opening.
